Terms

Payment is due with order – either by Paypal credit card or cheque (payable to The Erotic Candy Shop). We will not commence work on an order before receipt of payment.

Our orders can take up to 12 weeks to complete on certain items. Insured Postage and packing cost will be added to all orders at the appropriate rate, unless otherwise requested.

delivery outside of the UK will be charged at the appropriate rate for order destination, please e-mail us for the appropriate postage rate before placing your order.

Stock Items

We have some limited stock. Items held in stock will be despatched on the day of receiving payment wherever possible. Should you require an item urgently please contact us for stock availability.

LIABILITY

While we make every effort to ensure that the information on this site is accurate and up to date, we cannot accept responsibility for any consequential loss or damage caused by errors on the site.

We would of course appreciate it if you let us know about any mistakes you happen to spot!

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If the garments you have ordered suffer from manufacturing defects or are not what you ordered, we will replace them free of charge, provide a credit note for goods to the same value, or refund your money. We cannot offer cash refunds on garments in any other circumstances, but may at our discretion offer an exchange or credit note.

Manufacturing defects will be rectified at our own cost. We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by misuse or poor care of garments.

If you wish to exchange garments, of if there are any faults with your order, you must notify us in writing or by e-mail / fax and returned to us within 7 days with proof of date of despatch. If a garment is the wrong size, we will replace it with one of a different size free of charge. We will also carry out minor alterations to garments for a small fee.

Measurements supplied wrongly for any made to measure garments will be subject to a charge for alteration if this is possible. We do not accept liability for refunding or replacing garments that do not fit.

Important note: when returning goods from outside the EU, please indicate clearly on your customs declaration that the goods are being returned for repair or refund / exchange, otherwise duty may be payable. Goods with incorrect customs declarations will not be accepted by us and will be returned to the sender.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

If you wish to cancel an order you must do so within 7 days of placing it. Cancellations are subject to a 20% administration charge for standard items.
